為確保閣下能購得合適的產品，本公司提供7天退貨期。任何退貨申請請於收貨後7天內提出，本公司不接受收貨後超過7天之退貨申請。
退貨貨品必須處於未使⽤狀態，並保留原有包裝。
退貨：
部分貨品不設退換，包括襪、帽、等貼⾝衣物、食品、雜誌以及易碎或危險物品等。
如顧客需要申請退貨，必須提供購買單據。
退款：
當確認收到退貨後，本公司會以電郵通知閣下退款申請之結果及其安排。
獲接納退款申請之相關款項將會退回閣下之信⽤卡帳⼾或以閣下購買時之付款⽅式退回。
請注意，退款安排將產⽣購買⾦額5%的⼿續費，⽽該費⽤亦會從退款扣除。另外，訂單之送
貨運費不能退款（如訂單為免運費，其中產⽣的運費亦不能退款）。
請注意，如訂單已確認，即使產品尚未寄出，取消訂單之退款安排仍會產⽣購買⾦額5%的⼿續費，⽽該費⽤亦會從退款扣除。
退款安排需時約⼗五個⼯作天，如閣下未能收到相關退款款項，請電郵⾄thePeak@bayou-group.com通知本公司。
特價貨品：
特價貨品恕不提供退款。
更換︰
更換服務只適⽤於非⼈為損壞或錯誤派送之產品。如有需要，請電郵⾄thePeak@bayou-group.com知本公司並把產品發送⾄以下地址︰

退貨之運送安排︰
閣下需要承擔退貨⾄本公司之運輸費⽤，本公司將不會承擔任何因退貨產⽣之運輸費⽤，任何未付之運輸費⽤將於閣下之退款中扣除。
To ensure that you get the desirable product, we allow a seven-day product return period. Any product return application outside this period will not be entertained. All returned product must be unused and the original package should be kept.
Return：
We do not offer return for personal products like socks and hats or food, magazine and fragile or dangerous products.
The original receipt must be available for application of return.
Money return：
Once the returned product is received, we would contact you through email for acceptance of product return and if so, the arrangement of money return. Money would be returned to your credit card account or according to the original payment method if the return is accepted. Please be reminded that 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, if the order is free shipping, the shipping cost incurred is not refundable.
It would take around 15 working days for the arrangement of money return. If you do not receive the money, please contact us through email to thePeak@bayou-group.com

Arrangement for product return︰
You have to bear the delivery fee to return the product back to our company. Any unpaid delivery fee would be deducted from the money to be returned to your account.
