入門班 | Beginner Class:
  • 適合對茶餐廳產品製作有興趣人士,課程時間一般由一天起,內容包括茶餐廳歷史文化及運作, 同時包含食品和飲品的由來講解以及製作實操
  • This course is for individuals interested in tea restaurant product preparation. It typically lasts a minimum of one day and covers the history and culture of tea restaurants, along with explanations and hands-on practice of food and beverage preparation.
專業班 | Professional Class:
  • 適合準備開店,或拓展深造的人士,課程時間一般由3天起, 內容有茶餐廳的歷史文化以及定位有關的題目, 以及菜品有關的深入內容,包括製作和實踐。 至於店舖仲要規劃內容例如選點、餐廳設計餐牌設計成本及利潤計算、人員處理和安排、店舖動線管理到系統及營運有關的詳細講解,最後包括如何開成分店及連鎖

It typically lasts a minimum 3 days and covers the history and culture of tea restaurants, along with in-depth topics related to menu items, including preparation and practice. Additionally, it includes planning aspects such as location selection, restaurant design, menu design, cost and profit calculations, staff management, and detailed explanations of operational systems. Finally, it includes how to open branch stores and establish a chain.
