• This product is a sincere creation by “the Peak” for the “Vintage · Hong Kong” event. The “Old Hong Kong” series is dedicated to recreating flavors that are nearly lost or
  forgotten in Hong Kong. Specially crafted with traditional recipes by skilled chefs, this unique sauce product line captures the essence of those tastes.

Product Highlight 產品特點

• 90年代初配方，屬於香辣形，辣度屬於中小辣， 一般用於粉麵食，也可乾用，例如蘿蔔糕。使用大部份新鮮材料製作， 脆口感強， 在未有XO醬的年代可以媲美XO醬。
• Early 90s recipe, categorized as spicy and aromatic, with a medium-low level of heat. It’s typically used for noodle dishes but can also be used dry, such as in radish cakes. Made primarily with fresh ingredients, it has a strong crispy texture and can rival XO sauce from the era before XO sauce was introduced.
