“the Peak” is a resource platform organization for H.K. Tea Restaurants, combining various professional resources from the “Tea Restaurant” sector. It aims to promote and preserve local “Tea Restaurant” culture while also supporting the expansion of the tea restaurant industry to overseas markets.
在過去10年間，我們在國內外已經在不同方位協助過超過一百間茶餐廳，內容從開店計劃、項目顧問、產品研發、營運管理、出品控制以及培訓等等。除了一些服務性工作，我們也參與一系列的「香港茶餐廳」推廣工作，例如開門店、美食節、展覽會、產品推廣及培訓中心等，「老襯亭」都會經常出現在推廣「香港茶餐廳」文化的蹤影中。
In the past 10 years, we have assisted over a hundred tea restaurants both locally and internationally. Our services include shop setup, project consulting, product development, operations management, quality control, and training. Besides these services, we also promote “Hong Kong Tea Restaurant” culture through activities like Shop setup, food festivals, exhibitions, product promotions, and training centers. “the Peak” is often present in these promotional efforts.
現在「老襯亭」已經由一個行業組織進化為可以推動茶餐廳文化的資源平台; 未來我們更希望進一步正向推動「香港茶餐廳」文化，除了加上了線上板塊，我們更加會聯同合作夥伴組成聯盟，希望資源更完整並由香港鄰近的灣區出發推動到中國不同地區，再發展到世界各地。
Now, “the Peak” has evolved from an industry organization into a resource platform that promotes tea restaurant culture. In the future, we aim to further promote “Hong Kong Tea Restaurant” culture. With our online platform and partnerships, we plan to create a more complete resource network that starts from the Bay Area and expands to different regions in China and around the world.
