水吧師傅做飲品幾時用冰粒 幾時用碎冰?

早期茶餐廳仲未有製冰機,水吧師傅要自己將一大嚿冰凿成冰塊或者碎冰,再加在唔同嘅凍飲裡。直到有咗製冰機,冰塊形狀由刀模決定,形成咗常見嘅冰粒。
